Forgetting the admin password can be a hurdle, but fortunately, there’s a straightforward way to Reset your CyberPanel Password<\/strong> using Secure Shell (SSH). This guide walks you through the process step by step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Connect to Your Server:<\/strong>
Open your terminal for Mac users or SSH clients for Windows for my Putty<\/strong> is my first choice.
Connect to your server using the following command:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ssh username@your_server_ip<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n
Replace username with your actual server username and your_server_ip with your server’s IP address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Accessing CyberPanel:
<\/strong>Once logged in, you need to navigate to the CyberPanel directory. Depending on your installation, this might vary, but generally, you can find it in your home directory or under \/usr\/local\/CyberPanel<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Resetting the Password:
<\/strong>CyberPanel provides a script to reset the admin password. Execute the following command:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
adminPass newpassword<\/strong><\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n
Replace “newpassword<\/strong>” with your desired password which you want to set 
Follow the on-screen instructions. You\u2019ll be prompted to enter a new password for the admin user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Verifying the Reset:
<\/strong>After resetting the password, it\u2019s crucial to verify that you can log in to the CyberPanel admin panel with the new credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
